Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. I completely understand that things come up—life happens!—but last-minute changes make it very difficult to fill that time, especially when appointments are often booked weeks in advance.

Early Arrival Policy

To ensure each client enjoys a relaxed, uninterrupted experience, I kindly ask that if you arrive early, you wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

Each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to allow the right amount of time and attention for every guest. Minimizing interruptions helps maintain a calm, comfortable environment for everyone in the chair.

If I happen to be ready early, I’ll shoot you a text to let you know you’re welcome to come in sooner.

Late Policy

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will need to reschedule and will be charged the cancellation fee.

I do my very best to run on time for everyone. I realize we all have busy lives and are very structured and scheduled with our free time- so please be respectful with my time as well as other members of The Parlor family.
